At Business English AZ, we truly care about your success and we want to make sure that you get the most out of your learning experience. To ensure the best possible results, we recommend following our pre-session checklist below.

Pre-Session Checklist

For all sessions, we strongly encourage you to find a place that is quiet and free of distractions and background noise.
Please try to be at a desktop or laptop whenever possible for your sessions.
Investing in a high quality headset with good audio and microphone will greatly enhance your experience.
Ensure that you have a good internet speed to prevent buffering and freezing. We recommend a connection of at least 30MB download and 10MB upload. You can test your internet connection at SpeedTest.net.
Coaching sessions are recorded, so we encourage you to review the video and make notes of anything you’d like to improve on.
Set clear defined goals for each session as well as long term goals to ensure you continue to strive toward your potential.
